My Story in a Nutshell
Hi, I'm Marie-Rose!
But you can call me Marie. I’m a portrait photographer with roots in Switzerland and Chilean heritage. I spent several years living in France, and I still return there every year for a couple of months. Since 2018, I’ve made my home in the US.
My journey began in the world of IT engineering, where I worked on creating internet products. But my passion for visual communication and the subtle art of body language led me to transition from tech to the world of photography.
Since moving to the US, I’ve turned my hobby into a profession, focusing on capturing captivating subjects and genuine emotions. I also volunteer with Pro Bono Photo, where I photograph non-profit events, deepening my love for immortalizing real moments that tell powerful stories.
I’m fortunate to work alongside my husband and college sweetheart, Julien. He often assists as a second photographer during big events or simply when he wants to spend some quality time with me. Together, we aim to provide an exceptional photoshoot experience that’s both professional and deeply personal.
